About us

Established in 2010, we are a mobile veterinary clinic offering home visits for clients and their companions within Cinderford, Ross-on-Wye and surrounding areas. Our mobile service means we can generally visit your home at a time that is convenient to you, giving you more flexibility by not having to adhere to surgery opening hours. This approach allows us to offer affordable prices, whilst maintaining a professional, friendly and quality service for you and your pet.

We run in Cinderford clinics in Hawthorn Animal Supplies car park, Speculation Road, Cinderford GL14 2YD. In Ross-on-Wye our clinics are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays in the carpark at Pengethley Nursery and Garden Centre, Peterstow HR9 6LL. Due to the ongoing risk posed by COVID-19, we are currently not permitting owners into our clinics except for compassionate euthanasia appointments by prior arrangement.

Due to parking difficulties at our previous location, we have now moved to Pengethley garden centre near Ross-on-wye. We are there Monday, Wednesday and Saturday afternoon.

OUT-OF-HOURS VETERINARY EMERGENCIES
Outside of our business hours, please call our out-of-hours provider, Wood Veterinary Group on 01452 543990, which has a veterinary surgeon on call 24/7 and will provide assistance on our behalf. If you’re an existing client of Carrot Tops Mobile Surgery, please state this when you call. Please note that Wood Animal Hospital is also working on a socially-distanced treatment basis.
